This app will remind you at regular intervals to bring your attention back to the present moment. Simply select the interval and sound and the app will notify at the chosen interval.
An important part of mindfulness and meditation is bringing it into your daily life and activities. A common problem for people doing meditation is that their presence is quickly gone after the meditation session is over. When you hear the alert sound, stop what you are doing, take a few deep breaths, bring your attention to the present and stay here for a while before returning to your activities.
